BURN CARE

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your candle:

• During the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface. This helps prevent tunnelling and creates an even burn throughout the candle’s life.

• Trim the wick to approximately 3–5 mm before each burn.

• Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

• Keep the wax surface clean and free from wick trimmings or debris.

• Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Avoid drafts while burning.

• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains.

We ship within Greece via ELTA and internationally via ELTA Courier, delivering to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us before sending your order back.

Due to the nature of our products, used or opened candles, wax melts, and fragrance products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

As each product is hand-poured using natural soy wax, slight variations in colour, texture, or frosting are normal and are not considered defects.
