SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
Orders within Greece are shipped through ELTA. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide through ELTA International services.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

TRACKING INFORMATION
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email after your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment once it has left our studio.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
The Smith Concept is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transportation by the postal carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and products, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Smith Concept cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
