The Smith Concept creates handcrafted home fragrance products, including soy wax candles, wax melts and other fragranced products, designed and poured in small batches with attention to detail.
Each product is made individually, meaning slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade character of our products.
2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to accurately display our products, descriptions, fragrance notes, colours, and details on our website.
Please note that fragrance perception can vary from person to person depending on individual sensitivity, room size, ventilation, and the environment in which the product is used.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for processing and delivery.
Payment must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods provided on our website.
The Smith Concept reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues.
4. HANDMADE PRODUCTION & PAYMENTS
Our candles and wax melts are handcrafted in small quantities. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor differences may occur between individual products.
These variations do not affect the quality, performance, or safety of the product.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are prepared and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
The Smith Concept is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information at checkout.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our fragrance products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or incorrect choice.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
7. CANDLE & WAX MELT SAFETY
Always follow the safety instructions provided with your product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts.
For wax melts, use only with suitable wax warmers and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
The Smith Concept is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.
